We begin our engagement with a Financial Health Review (FHR). During the FHR, the Market Path team will assess all financial aspects of the business paying particular attention to Cash Flow, Budgeting and Reporting. These three areas are critical to understanding immediate opportunities for improvement.


Once the FHR is complete, we will work with you and your team to analyze the balance of your company’s Supply and Demand Streams.  We will work to ensure that selling activity - from prospecting to fulfillment - is optimally organized. After identifying areas for improvement, we will help you to streamline processes, people, and systems in order to most efficiently close sales and deliver products to customers. 


After tackling the sales & fulfillment pipelines, Market Path Associates helps you analyze and improve other functions which drive the health of your business. These areas include, but are not limited to: Administration (IT, Payroll/Benefits), Marketing (ROI, directed spend), Procurement (supply chain, inventory management, vendor payment terms), HR & Personnel (do you have the right people in the right places) and Service Providers (legal, accounting).
